I'm not done with this collection of dark fiction stories edited by Mark S. Deniz and Sharyn Lilley yet, but I have to say how blown away I am by one story in particular.  "Twenty Questions" by Jennifer Brozek is amazing.  You know, from the setup, that the main character is going to die, but I love the reveal of the death and the elements of foreshadowing that play into the ending.  This is a well written piece that I think would make for a great horror film.

As we get ready to discuss horror films on the next episode, I must admit, this kind of story is more my cup of tea when it comes to horror.

I'm about a quarter of the way through the anthology and some stories are good while others left me flat, but this is a standout in this anthology and in my opinion well worth the twenty grubzits I laid out for it.
