Smule is this company that has put out a wind flute application for the iPhone.  With it, you can transform your iPhone into a flute.  Right now, the company is offering it for free for iDevice users.  You can go to their webpage - orcarina.smule.com - and get the sheet music for a number of songs including the Star Wars theme.
