I'm Orenthal Hawkins, and in my secret identity I am an Information Technology professional, but when someone, somewhere needs a true geek, I am a Pop Culture Fiend.

From old radio programs, to b-movies, to westerns, to D&D, to steampunk, to cyberpunk, to comics, to movies based on comics, to even *gasp* pro-wrestling (that would include Mexico's lucha libre and Japanese pro-wrestling as well)...to whatever.  I can probably tell you at least a little something about it.

I'm a fount of useless information and trivia.  And I have opinions.  Give me a moment and I'll share them with you.  All of them.  :)

Orenthal was a frequent guest on the original public access series as well as being the "Voice of the Rift".  He was a "Rift Regular" during the original run of the podcast in addition to contributing a segment on pop culture entitled, "Pop Fiendish".
